At Beauty Bar Salon, all services are customized and performed with professional care. Due to the nature of salon services, all service sales are final and no refunds are guaranteed. However, concerns may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the salon.
No Refunds on Services

All salon services are non-refundable once performed.

Results may vary based on hair history, maintenance, prior chemical services, and aftercare, which are outside of our control.

By receiving services at Beauty Bar Salon, the client agrees to accept the outcome of the service as final.
Adjustments (If Applicable)
If you are unsatisfied with your service, you must contact us within 48 hours of your appointment.
An adjustment may be offered only if:

The concern is directly related to the original service

The request is made within the stated time frame

Hair has not been altered by another stylist

Aftercare instructions were properly followed
Adjustments are not guaranteed and are provided strictly at the salon’s discretion. No adjustments will be offered for changes of mind, lifestyle changes, or misuse of home care instructions.
Extensions Disclaimer (Client-Provided Hair)
Beauty Bar Salon is not responsible for the performance, quality, longevity, or outcome of hair extensions not purchased directly through the salon.
If a client chooses to supply their own hair:

Results, durability, and wear cannot be guaranteed

The salon assumes no liability for shedding, tangling, matting, slipping, discoloration, chemical reactions, or incompatibility with professional installation techniques

No complimentary fixes, adjustments, removals, or re-installations will be provided for any issues related to client-supplied hair

Any corrections or reinstallations requested due to client-supplied hair will be treated as a new, paid service
If extensions are purchased directly through Beauty Bar Salon, installation-related adjustments (not related to hair quality itself) may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis within the salon’s standard adjustment window.
By booking extension services and choosing to provide outside hair, the client acknowledges and accepts this responsibility in full.
Retail Products

Retail products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase if unused, unopened, and in original condition.

Opened or used products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By booking and receiving services at Beauty Bar Salon, the client agrees to not file chargebacks or payment disputes for services rendered. Any concerns must be addressed directly with the salon first. Fraudulent chargebacks will be fully contested with documentation.
Right to Refuse
Beauty Bar Salon reserves the right to:

Refuse refunds at any time

Refuse service to any client for inappropriate behavior, unrealistic expectations, or violation of salon policies
Policy Changes
This Refund Policy may be updated at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website.
